The Pigeon Guy - Pigeon Removal, Clean and Prevention for Residential and Commercial Solutions

Pigeon slide was created when it was discovered that pigeons nest where their eggs do not roll. The most obvious spots were against galvanized wire mesh, walls and in required spacing between concrete roofing tiles. It was discovered that the low-profile nature of this application was ideal for homeowners concerned about the aesthetics of roof-top appurtenances. It was not long before applications evidenced a strong degree of disfavor by birds not able to stand on the more severely pitched applications. Since then we have demonstrated enormous success with varying forms of this concept. In general the application can be designed for just nesting prevention applications or may include a different design to include perching prevention applications.

The patent was initiated close to 6 years ago. The claims were intended to be as all encompassing as possible since so many forms of the application were becoming possible. We are seeking claims for any product installed on a building or structure to make an object slide off. Since the initial filing, we have seen a good number of competitive products come to market. We are pleased at this research and development. This demonstrates to us that the product is becoming an essential part of the national bird control product arsenal. We encourage use and development of our patent-pending product since licensing privileges will ultimately be redirected to the Pigeon Guy. As of February 11, 2007, the usage patent is still undergoing processing in order to approve the many claims we feel can be utilized.
