Meet the Management

My name is Fred Payne and I am the Owner of the company. I founded the company in 2001 and oversee all office employees and technicians. I am an active leader in the church and am always learning new ways to better myself and the company. During my free time, I love watching football with my son.

Hey, my name is Camden. At the beginning of 2018, I started working in the company training as a technician and worked my way up to become the Commercial Project Lead in 2023. I am the manager for training new technicians as well as oversee all commercial and residential work. I am happily married with two children and enjoy doing many physical activities such as weight lifting and recreational sports like snowboarding and basketball.

Hi, I’m Skylar! I graduated from ASU with a bachelors in Business Marketing. At the beginning of 2023, I started out in the company as a technician and moved my way up to the lead office manager. I currently manage all office employees including the marketing and customer care divisions. I enjoy spending my time at home with my dogs, going on walks, reading or gardening.
