We called Solar City and they contracted you to do the work. We were then contacted by Jen who set up an appointment and answered all our questions. She was delightful and knew a massive amount about the pesky pigeons, she educated us. We have contacted Jen several times over the course of getting everything done. She was always patient, kind, efficient and friendly and never gave us the feeling we were asking a dumb question nor did she ever try to rush us off the phone. She’s a gem! On the appointed day, up drove your truck, on time, and out jumped Michael. He was smiling and friendly. He listened to all our concerns then worked on the hot roof all afternoon. When he was done the work was perfect. We can’t say enough about his quality of work, his patience with us and all our questions and his work ethic. We were so impressed by him that we asked him to find out the cost for the other pigeon hideouts on the roof so they could be fixed correctly and look professional like the work he just completed. He took pictures and sent it in to the company for a quote. We went ahead with the work and again Michael came to our house this time Dusty was with him. Both men again were smiling, friendly and efficient. They completed the work beautifully the mesh wire blending in with the paint colors perfectly. We just wanted you to know how much we appreciate these fine customer oriented employees you have in your company.
